Being a successful high school student is sometimes difficult to manage. There are deadlines to meet for assignments, tests, projects, and a social life outside it all. And if you’re also an athlete, your schedule is even crazier.
Because of all these demands, you have probably experienced stress at some point. For some people, stress is very manageable – they’re able to cope, taking a deep breath before they knock out all their looming responsibilities. But for others, especially athletes, stress drowns them with little time to come up for air.
